Pickled mango chutney, white kidney beans, rosemary and cinnamon poached peach.

Asparagus, crispy okra, chickpea masala mash cake, sauce of buttermilk and gram flour. Cumin spiced red lentil and spinach. Mint and coriander chutney. Available as a vegan option.
EXOTIC MUSHROOM RISTOTTO STUFFED BUTTERNUT SQUASH, ASPARAGUS, PARMESAN
Cumin spiced red lentil and spinach, chickpea masala mash cake, sauce buttermilk and gram flour. Available as a vegan option.
BAKED AUBERGINE FLAVOURED WITH GARLIC AND RED PEPPER, KENTISH GOATS CHEESE.
Cumin spiced red lentil and spinach, asparagus, sauce of green pea and herbs, paprika fenugreek potatoes, steamed biryani style rice. Available as a vegan option.
