Make your next evening out a treat to remember with an Ambrette Gin tasting evening

Enjoy a selection of handpicked Gins from around the world matched to a six course tasting menu.

We will take you on a journey of flavours including spice,  sweet, citrus, floral, dry and savoury.

Highlights of the evening include Indian gin Hapusa-Himalayan Dry Gin. The inclusion of turmeric and mango makes this gin one of the very few savoury gins found today. We have matched this gin with a wild mushroom Dosai with truffle shavings and douglas fir chutney.

Food highlights include Saddle of Kentish Venison served with Brockmans Gin and ginger ale. Brockmans unique recipe is includes citrus, aromatic wild berries and coriander providing an aromatic, gingery orange flavour.

  THE MENU  

Each gin will be served to your table with a selection of miniature mixers

Rhubarb and Ginger Bellini served with canapes on arrival

Hapusa Himalayan Dry Gin served with Wild Mushroom Dosai with Truffle Shavings, Douglas Fir chutney (Pine needles have herby astringent flavour & great for marinades and chutneys)

Ceviche of Home Cured Scottish Salmon, Shallots, Samphire & Sea Succulents served with Scottish Rock Rose gin

Chapel Down Pinot Noir Gin sorbet

Saddle of Kentish Venison served with Brockmans Gin & Ginger Ale

Single origin Chocolate silk, served with Anno, Orange and Honey Gin
