12 Course Tasting Menu

​We are excited to launch a new seasonal spring tasting menu, featuring fresh seasonal produce such as spring greens, asparagus and spring Lamb. Our menu has been inspired by traditional Easter dishes from Great Britain, Europe and Asia.

Elderflower and herb gin cooler.

 

Garlic flavoured hasselback potatoes chaat.

 

Goan style spiced scotch quail eggs with a sweet chilli sauce. 

 

Asparagus pakoras with onion chutney. 

 

Spring greens with goats cheese in filo pastry with a tomato and red pepper sauce.

 

Portobello mushroom filled with mushroom risotto.

 

Herb crusted Sea Bass with creamed lentil and spinach.

 

Grilled duck breast, hot-cross bun, orange and lettuce salad, cinnamon star-anise and mango sauce. 

 

Slow cooked spring lamb, celeriac puree, lamb jus. 

 

Rhubarb granita.

 

Spanish saffron, Madagascan vanilla and coconut cheesecake

Served with seasonal fruit coulis, chocolate diamond, fresh fruit. This is our twist on a classic cheese cake.
