Pooris with spiced potato and chickpea filling. Tamarind and coriander infused water.

Cauliflower, potato aloo gobi style Soup 

with Garlic Naan (Vegan)

Ambrette Style chicken terrine 

Chaat with fresh coriander, nutmeg and tamarind.

Garlic, chilli and thyme baked camembert 

With winter vegetable salad, cumin ciabatta.

King prawn cocktail 

With cucumber spirals , tomato and coriander dressing

Turkey two ways 

Ballotine of turkey, crispy turkey bhaji served with masala stuffing, South Indian style mash , cranberry sauce, seasonal veg and gravy.

Vegetable wellington

Served with sautéed spinach, South Indian style potatoes, masala stuffing , seasonal veg and red wine jus.

Served with sprouting broccoli, brown shrimps and  dill sauce.

Fresh lime and champagne granita with popping candy.

Christmas dessert platter 

Christmas Pudding with a Mince Pie Samosa Served with fresh pear and Madagascan vanilla Ice Cream.

Madeira and cardamom flavoured frangipane halva with prunes in filo pastry with vanilla creme fraiche

Lemon grass,coconut and tequila mousse with butter crisp biscuit. Served with a shot of tequila.
